Tatiana Podufalova is an artist, designer, teacher. Candidate of Science with a degree in Technical Aesthetics and Design. Graduated from London College of Fashion (London University of the Arts) and Moscow State Textile University named after A. N. Kosygin.
She worked for five years in England in the fashion industry and theatrical environment. Has done art projects for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and other international companies.
Having returned to Moscow, she spent five and a half years teaching on the British program at the British Higher School of Art and Design. During her career, she presented projects in England, Russia and Japan.
The current artistic practice is based on the process of self-identification and the search for the origins of the family heritage, erased by the layer of Russian and Soviet history. In his works, he refers to national motives and patterns of various cultures, layering them in the author's technique.
